Ashleigh has also won her section at the National finals in 2012 and 2016 and the State final in 2020, as well as being in many national winning teams.

Head Teacher

5 Years - 12Years

Melissa has been a Physie girl since she was just 4 years old and has continued to love and enjoy her Physie journey continuously ever since!

Mel has competed at a national level spanning the juniors, seniors and ladies sections (both individually and in championship teams), and now shares her love of Physie with her daughter.

With a wealth of experience gained from over 35 years of dedicated class time and competitions, Mel brings a rich understanding of Physie to her teaching and understands the impact a good teacher can have on a little girls Physie journey – creating an environment that is encouraging, supportive and of course, lots of fun for our young dancers.

“Physie has been such a huge part of mine and my daughter's life and I have loved creating lifelong memories and friendships along the way. Physie has not only taught me the value of teamwork, but also the importance of self-confidence and motivation and I am really excited to give back to something that has been such an important part of my life.”
